Advantages:

Pro-Safe Fire’s Fixed Sites produce realistic training scenarios to meet all requirements for training and re-certification. The benefits of our system are significant.

  • Our innovative propane fuel dispensing system has been demonstrated to save up to $3/4 million/year based on 120 operating days versus conventional liquid propane.
  • Pro-Safe Fire’s Fixed Sites contains interior and exterior scenarios plus spill fires in one mockup unit.
  • Our systems allow the instructor to determine the training scenarios, rather than using pre-determined computer simulations.
  • Our Program Logic Controller (PLC) is compatible with retail software and operates on your existing computer system.

Reliability & Innovation:

Our propane delivery system not only saves significantly on your operating expenses; it means fewer propane deliveries, smaller on-site storage tanks, longer uninterrupted training runs. We build our Fixed Sites to fit your specifications, training needs and budget. Each one is custom made from the ground up under strict manufacturing and quality control systems by our experienced staff. Our systems are built to last. Ask any of our customers.

Operational Requirements

Pro-Safe Fire’s largest mock-up, 80-feet, combined with a fuel spill burn area, meets the training requirements set forth in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) circular 150/5220-17A and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1003 requirements for aviation firefighting training of Index A-E airports. A department of 20 or more firefighters can easily realize a payback on our system in 10 years or less depending on the model and options installed.
