PRO-SAFE engineers an MTU designed to provide first class realistic, fire HAZMAT, search & rescue, and confined space training scenarios for municipal, industrial, airport, and marine firefighting crews while meeting the performance criteria identified by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). The MTU can be set up and ready for training in under an hour

MTU's are 8'6'' wide and available in lengths from 35 to 53 feet with an optional second story. The exterior and framing are constructed of corrosion resistant materials (galvanized metal, stainless steel and aluminum). The interior of the MTU is built of heat / flame resistant materials. PRO-SAFE has developed a low pressure propane vapor system that is energy and cost efficient. The projected life span of an MTU is 15-20 years provided the recommended maintenance plan is followed.
